Cost effective solutions lets you take advantage on our installation expertise while your staff stays focused on what they know best.With our knowledge of the local market, the ironmongery and door package - we are able to install all products with our dedicated, efficient and qualified installers.Whether a project is commissioned on a third party contract or on a full turnkey solution, our fit-out teams are well equipped to manage projects of varying scale and complexity.We have many years of experience and maturity in planning and executing projects with perfection.P&H Protective Plaster Systems is contracted by various clients to provide products and labour intensive services like installation of Fire & Anti-Bandit Doors, Fireproof Ceilings, Fire Barriers, Fire Seals & Ironmongery (Door Hardware).

These services are further described as follows:

Hinged & Sliding Door Installation:

The door supply and installation, comprises the supply and installation of Fire & Anti-Bandit Doors to the customer’s specification. The Door is manufactured at a purpose equipped factory premises and in a controlled environment by personnel competent to do the required work. A qualified person, who on completion of his inspection, will label each door and frame (as a unit), with a serial number and date of manufacture & manufactured Rating. The Doors are then installed at the construction site, experienced personnel, who are trained by P&H Protective Plaster Systems to do this work, conversant in the handling and installation of the equipment and are all equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, including Personal Protection Equipment to execute the installations in a safe manner so as to ensure the safety of the installation personnel, the environment and the installation. We also do on site repair work on all types of doors (where possible). We have various solutions for door installations into existing wall openings for example Bolt-On Frames and Tubular Frames as well as solutions whereas the existing door frame is not a Fire Door Frame (not so SANS specifications) for example insert frames and rebate / hinge conversions.

Fireproof Ceilings / Barriers / Seals Installation:

Fireproof Ceilings supply and installation comprises the supply and installation of fireproof ceilings to the customer’s specifications. The ROCKLITE® Fireproof Plaster is manufactured at a purpose equipped factory premises and in a controlled environment by personnel competent to do the required work. The support Structure will be then riblath will be fixed to support structure, then ROCKLITE® will be applied. Experienced personnel, who are trained by P&H Protective Plaster Systems to do this work, conversant in the handling and installation of the equipment and are all equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, including Personal Protection Equipment to execute the installations in a safe manner so as to ensure the safety of the installation personnel, the environment and the installation.

Servicing of Doors:

It is recommended that all Fire Doors, Hinged & Sliding, as well as Anti-Bandit Doors be serviced at least once a year, checking for mechanical malfunctions etc. Experienced personnel, who are trained by P&H Protective Plaster Systems to do this work, conversant in the handling and installation of the equipment and are all equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, including Personal Protection Equipment to execute the installations in a safe manner so as to ensure the safety of the installation personnel, the environment and the installation.

Ironmongery (Door Hardware) Installations:

P&H Protective Plaster Systems has experienced personnel, who are trained by P&H Protective Plaster Systems to install most types of Ironmongery onto any new doors or existing doors on site, conversant in the handling and installation of the equipment and are all equipped with the necessary tools and equipment, including Personal Protection Equipment to execute the installations in a safe manner so as to ensure the safety of the installation personnel, the environment and the installation.
